Parameters:
cotmoderationState

State to put topic in, either "lock" or "unlock".

This parameter is required.
One of the following values: close, lock, reopen, unlock
cotreason

Reason for locking or unlocking the topic.

This parameter is required.
token

A "csrf" token retrieved from action=query&meta=tokens

This parameter is required.
